USA Passed Same Sex Marriage
Yes, something that we all have been waiting to see and it has finally come. Today Congress has passed same sex marriage in all 50 states. This should had been done many years ago.
Time to celebrate and party.
What do you feel like what is going to happen after this? To tell you the truth, I feel it in my bones that this is not the end. I feel something is coming. Arguments and more violence to add to the pot.
There are many people out there that doesn't like us because of our homosexuality. Just because the United States passed all 50 states of marriage, doesn't make other things disappear such as homophobics, and people who do not think gay people should marry, and gay bashings and killings. We have to still stand on our grounds and what we believe. And that is really sad how we have to continue on fighting for ourselves and our equality. Can't we all just get along?

United States Marine Corp Homecoming from Iraq
I had found this photo on the Equality Alabama Facebook page. Very second, every minute, every hour, and every day people are commenting and liking the picture and it is continuing to increase. I wouldn't be surprised that there will be many more comments and likes on this picture. There has been some really nice comments, and there are not so nice comments, of course, I wouldn't be surprised if thats heterosexual comments. Hmm, typical. But the fact is gay individuals are people as well and deserve equality just like everybody else. Afterall, they too are serving our country. Let's all face it, that us gay people will stay and stick up for what we believe in.
73% Wants Gay Marriage In Ireland
There is a new poll out that revealed that almost three-quarters of the Irish public believes that same-sex marriage should be made legal.
Equal marriage advocates have welcomed this new poll which puts public support for allowing gay couples to marry at 73%. The poll, by Red C, showed nearly three quarters of those asked said they would agree with the statement:
“Same sex marriage should be allowed in the Constitution”. The results were presented to Ireland’s Oireachtas yesterday in a report prepared for the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform on the last Constitutional referendum. Kieran Rose, Chair of Ireland’s Gay and Lesbian Equality Network said: “The poll confirms the openness of Irish people and their support for further critically important progress to achieving equality for lesbian and gay people."
