Bear Obesity

PhotobucketAre you an overly obese bear who had thought about slimming down? Is your obesity the cause of your back pain? Do you feel disgusted when you look at yourself in the mirror?

There are many bears who are obese have different reasons to loosing some of the bearish look and slimming down a bit.  Some of the reasons may be cholesterol, or something that the doctor told them to do otherwise they will be consequences, no friends, or may feel embarrassed.

Its really sad to hear from bears who are obese and experience problems on talking to other bears who are much fitter than obese bear.  I was talking to one of the bears who was obese up to the 400 range and he was telling me that he wants to start working out but the only problem is that he adds stuff to his foods.  He doesn't know how to change his life because he always sets himself up to failure.  I like to talk to him all the time about what he could do, trying to help him out.  He may listen right now but perhaps someday those words I keep talking to him about will sink in to him.

Certain obese bears has taken themselves to get gastric bypass.  Depending how the person looks I would say that would be your last resort to go by gastric bypass.  I mean, I have seen guys who are just overweight and not obese at all like 600+ and go for gastric bypass.  I think that is the easy and lazy way out.  Like I said, only suggest the gastric bypass as a last resort.  There are many much over weight guys like in their 600+ that simply cannot help themselves so I would suggest go that route.  Guys who are in their 300+ and go for gastric, I personally feel that would be ridiculous.  There are many guys out there that weight who did workout, exercise, diet and have achieved their goals.


You Can Make A Change In Your Life

Obesity could take over your life and can cause your life too.  But another fact is that you could control it if you really wanted to.  It takes lots of strength and will power to keep at a strict diet without cravings for sweets, chocolates and pastries and take outs.   If you are not happy with the way you look in the mirror, its up to you to be able to take action with your life.  You could make that change if you really want to.  


Few Things You Could Do To Lower Your weight

Easy way to burn hundreds of calories is to take the stairs rather the elevator.

Drink lots of water, keeps you hydrated.

Lots of walking.

Stay away from processed and fatty foods. They are loaded with saturated and trans fat.

Lots of whole grains in your daily diet with fresh and fruits and vegetables.

No take outs allowed.

Cut back on red meats and include fish at least twice a week in your diet.


Also talk to people who are into fitness.


With these tips, will help you and it is a start to lower your weight from obesity. You have to do it. Do it for yourself. Hey, nobody said this will be easy. If this was to be easy, everybody would be doing it. So hard work will show the results.
