Brad Rigney case

The murder trial of Gerald Allen Benjamins, who is accused of killing 36-year-old Brad Rigney will not be held until September 14 and has been set as a new trial date after Benjamins’ attorney asked for a continuance in the trial, which was supposed to begin last month.

It will take place almost a year after Benjamins’ arrest. He was arrested Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, in Jeffersonville, Ind., after he was picked up at a soup kitchen in the southern Indiana town outside of Louisville.

According to RPD detective Kenneth Edmonds, Rigney and Benjamins met over the Internet and were online acquaintances.


In the early part of the investigation into the murder, Benjamins was identified as a possible suspect and interviewed by Edmonds on Jan. 17, 2014 and some things that Benjamin said just didn't add up.

Rigney, who was deaf, lived alone at the Rhea Blvd. residence. His body was first discovered by his brother and sister-in-law, who then called 911.

An autopsy was performed on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, and the preliminary indication was that Rigney had died from blunt force trauma to the head.

RIP Greg Garcia

Hello my fellow bears!

Just found out we lost another brother in our bear community.  Greg Garcia.  Yep.  He had passed away.  I had heard from friends that there was some talk about Greg having some cancer.  Not only that he passed away but this was also his birthday.

No hope

Have you ever gone on a website and you hear stuff from someone and they have nothing else to live for? 

I go on to BearUnderground and I was chatting with one of the bears from Ireland.  Nice looking fella.  He mentioned that he was dying due to oxygen in his lungs, and only thing he could do was wait for a transplant and even with a transplant would give him an extra four years. 

It was very sad to hear that he was feeling the way he did such as he passed 40 years old, feeling tired of fighting his condition, and that he didn't have to worry about dying and he was fine about it because he didn't have any close family in his life, and also gave up on his friends that he ended up isolating himself.

Yes, I agree it may sound macabre, but he was said that it was all good and had everything planned out when the time comes making an announcement in all his accounts that will be closed 10 days after his death. 

After talking to his solicitor, no one will know of his passing until he was cremated and has been dead for 3 days. 

To this day I have been praying for him and hoping he could find something to go on living and not losing hope.

RIP Matthew DuVall

Check out the size of Matt DuVall the beast Some of these photos were taken around 2005-2010.  I had no idea about Matt went into pro wrestling.  I actually thought it was a rumor.  I'm not sure what made him go into wrestling because it is a dangerous field to get into and many wrestlers die from drugs or drug overdose. I thought he was doing fine with his professional bodybuilding.  Could it be possible that he had followed along with the paths of the deaths of other wrestlers who died from drugs or drug overdose? I sometimes wonder if he would still be alive if he continued his bodybuilding.  He knew this field very well.

Even though Matt had that mean bulldog face, it is known that he is one of the kindest and sweetest people. Well with that said, may you Rest In Peace Matt. Prayers goes out for Matt's family. You will definitely be missed by all.
