I can't believe that its another year just about gone. Thinking its another Christmas is coming which means having to think about all that fun stuff of gift wrapping, pulling out the decorations and all that. This is the time to celebrate and be joyous during the cold winter Christmas.
Christmas happens to most of people's favorite holidays, including myself. Purchasing gifts, wrapping paper, bows, Christmas dinners, wrapping gifts, decorating, family and friend gatherings.
Every year it was just the both of us to celebrate Christmas as we couldn't spend time with family, but we still managed to enjoy each other's time but it is really not the same without family. Each year we couldn't afford going down to see the family due to the snow. This might be another bad snow storm which means we may well stay home again. Love to have some bears over this time for Christmas dinners and celebrating Christmas Day. That would be a change for sure.
I find myself wondering what to give this person and that person. Certain family and friends has everything but I then realized and used my skills to my ability. I started crocheting little nick nacks and afghans and sending them to my family and friends. This also saves me some money too since we are always on a budget.
So with that said, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas holiday. Whatever you do stay happy and jolly, and enjoy each other during this festivity. Some of us will not make it during the holidays to see family and friends.
Merry Christmas !

Growing old
Growing old(er) is an inevedible fact that me must, if not fully accept, tolerate on some level. On a measurable scale, aging can be attributed to the body's ability or inability to preserve, mend or renew damaged cells throughout the process. Recently clinical researchers have established the chronological ages that various parts of the body begin to go on the decline.
In an article that ran in the Daily Mail, leading research clinicial, Angela Epstein revealed the ages when specific parts of the body begin their downward progression. Gulp... In order to avoid an information overload of sorts, I'd like to share only a few today.
BRAIN - Starts to decline at age 20 Get this. We start with around 100 billion neurons or nerve cells. In our 20s the number starts to decline. By age 40 a person could be losing up to 10,000 per day. Such cellular losses have a significant on impact on memory, co-ordination and overall brain function.
EYES - Starts to decline at age 40 If you're not wearing glasses by now, its a fine time you get some. OK, lol. Long-sightedness, which affects the ability to see objects up close is the typical complaint.
HAIR - Start to decline at age 40 Hair is composes of tiny pouch like follicles. Typically hair grows from each follicle for about three years, then it sheds and a new strand grows in. In males, hair loss begins at about age 30. In terms of hair color, most have at least some grey by age 35, due to decline in melanocytes (color device). But even I can't name a soul who made it that long with 100% of their original hair color.
BONES - Start to decline at age 35 Throughout the life long aging process bone material is broken down by cells called osteoclasts and replaced by bone building cells called osteoblasts ( Note, clasts vs. blasts) a process called 'bone turnover', explains Robert Moots, Professor of Rheumatology at Aintree University Hospital in Liverpool, England . In Children bone growth is rapid. The skeleton itself takes just two years to renew itself completely. In adults this same process can take up to ten years. Until a person reaches their mid 20s their bone density is still increasing. But at 35 bone loss sets in as part of the natural ageing process.
If anyone has any concern as to whether they are experiencing any of the above bodily 'occurances', it may be a good idea to absorb and aspire to understand them in order to control and slow down the aging process on an individual level. This can be done and no point is too late as long as its not... 'too late'.

Guestbook
From my experience, I had noticed that many bears do not like those automatic replies so they tend to just say either thank you and move on to the next message or just don't bother replying to it so they end up deleting your message. They may be appreciated but I'm sure that in their eyes its a waste of time and if you want to chat with a person, start type like a human being and not be lazy about it.
If you are really into that person then you would reply to the person with your own words. Make time and show the effort that would interest in the guy rather clicking on a reply from the guest-book to save time. This would show no interest and chances are you will not hear from the person.
You would be amazed how many replies you would get.

Halloween to wear
Many Americans dress up for Halloween. But are you ready for the proper costume during this time of year as we know its going to be a cold one.
Decided that is a little chilly for some of the sexiest costumes. Think wise though. Its cold out there. How about a well dressed pirate could be the way to go. Even add yourself a wish for that extra warmth with tights my Steampunk seamstress might work as well.

After hitting 30
As most of us know, as the body ages it continually becomes 'altered', if you will, in numerous ways that affect the function of both individual cells and organ systems. These unavoidable changes occur at a gradual progress over time. Researchers on the subject of aging have defined a number of conditions that control various genetic and environmental factors that control them. Depending on a person's genetic make-up, health and wellness practices (or lack thereof), social and environmental conditions and so many other factors, individuals may age at different rates. Indeed, it appears that people from the writer's peer group at least appear much younger than those of previous generations. Though discussion of what aging actually is could be tediously scientific be focusing on a single or two aspect of it is more likely to draw interest in the subject.
The basic short answer to how a body ages is that when cells metabolize food, toxic and damaging by-products known as free radicals are released. When free radicals damage your cells, this produces levels of what’s known as oxidative stress, a root cause of cellular aging and degeneration. To give you an idea of how the body reacts to oxidative stress think of diseases such as atherosclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Heart Failure, Myocardial Infarction, Alzheimer's disease. In this instant recall too, that most of these conditions are associated with aging.
Although there is no earthly way to avoid or stop the aging process, it's obvious that the consumption of foods that are high in antioxidants can help with preserving the health and increasing production of precious cells. Now all we have to do is track down the 'goods'.

Condoms
Wow after discussing with gay guys and how they feel about condoms, interesting how they responded. Many of the gay guys say they don't like wearing condoms as it makes them feel uncomfortable. I know that some guys feel that condoms may not feel all that great but gay guys should use them anyway to keep from spreading other diseases which the person may have. The diseases continues to increase. so its good on the safe side to wear a condom when you are with someone, especially if you don't really know the person. But that is the problem in today's world that many of the gay guys don't want to chat and get to know you sort of thing but to only want a quick fuck. How do you know if the person doesn't have an STD, Hepatitis, Genital Herpes, or Gonorrhea or other transmitted infections. You don't. So why put yourself in that risk before you know its then too late. I mean, the problem with today's society is that a lot of the gay men don't like quick chat or even talk to know the person unless it has something to do with sex and what they want to do to you and want to get together and make the sex happen.
A member of Facebook went through a safer sex training program, I believe it was called men in touch. At this program they taught guys to put on some lube in the tip of the inside of the condom. It suppose to improve the sensation of it.
Condoms have latex or powder which guys can be allergic to, which is why they don't wear the condoms at all. Is there another condom that isn't latex or powder?
