RIP Michael Delmonte

It has become a shock in the middle of the night to find out that we lost another brother.  David, his brother, informed everybody that he passed away fighting against cancer the afternoon of 10/18/2017, and is now free of pain and can be there with his mother.

Michael had a heart of gold.  We talked occasionally from time to time and had been a great person and friend.

RIP Michael.  Sleep well.

Do tattoos make a men more sexy?

Quick answer to that I would think is yes.  Of course, it depends on what the tattoo is.  If it's something normal, with a meaning, I'm totally up for it. But when it's a hello kitty he got when he was drunk, then he's just a fool.  A tattoo should be something you get for yourself, not to show it off, which a lot of men do.  If you get a tattoo, you have to love it for a long time so you know what you want.  I mean I have a tattoo on my back blade of comedy and tragedy masks with a ribbon around it saying laugh now cry later.  The reason for me getting this tattoo is because I enjoy performing arts.

TATTOO IS ART.  Simple as that.  They are just so beautiful to see don't get me wrong, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks so.  Have you ever seen a guy across the room that’s pretty decent looking, and then you catch a glimpse of a tattoo sneaking out from underneath his collar or sleeve. All of a sudden, this pretty decent looking man increases in attractive points. You know what I’m talking about; men with tattoos have that special something.

But why do men perceive with tattoos to be tougher or more handsome?  Many get tattoos to look cool or badass to impress but I really don't think a tattoo is going to change anything.

Sure, deep down we all know that tattoos hurt, but unless the ink is spectacular, even among tattooed folk, our first reaction is hardly to think about how much pain a person endured to 'earn their ink.'

We've created a culture that depicts tough, rugged men as having tattoos. When we portray men in any media, we tend to pick the handsome ones to display. So, over time, you get used to associating the chiseled physique and general good looks with the tattoos that often adorn these figures.

Coming out: Busted!

I never came out, but more like ratted so to speak.  I wasn't ready to come out at 21.

Twenty-five years ago, on an Easter the family gathered around the apartment having a good time.  Behind my back, my brother went looking for playboy magazines in my bedroom and instead he saw male porn magazines like Honcho, Torso, and Inches.  He talked to me with the door closed where I confided in him that I was gay, I couldn't deny it since he found the gay magazines. He thought it was a phase I was going through.  He just wasn't convinced until I showed him my journal, which I had been writing about my homosexuality.

Moments later my name was called in the bedroom by my mother.  I went into the bedroom and the door was closed behind me.  I didn't know my brother was behind the door.  She confronted me about the gay magazines.

Awkward moment!

Right there I knew I was busted.  No thanks to my brother because he ended up telling my mother and the word got around at the end of the day with the family.

The next day all our friends knew.  They all were comfortable about it but it was taking my mother awhile to understand it and eventually accepted.  My father on the other hand, I'm pretty sure he knows because today he is convinced I am adopted.

Thank you member for submitting your coming out story.

Happy St Patricks Day

Happy Saint Patricks Day !

Saint Patrick's Day is a public holiday in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the British Overseas Territory of Montserrat. It is also widely celebrated by the Irish diaspora around the world, especially in Great Britain, Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia, and New Zealand. Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated in more countries than any other national festival. Modern celebrations have been greatly influenced by those of the Irish diaspora, particularly those that developed in North America. In recent years, there has been criticism of Saint Patrick's Day celebrations for having become too commercialized and for fostering negative stereotypes of the Irish.

Enjoy and have fun.

Bear Sites

Wow, it amazes me how guys on bear sites are antisocial.  Sites like Grindr, Scruff, and Growlr.  All they care about is looking at photos and not connecting with other guys.  How are guys supposed to meet new friends if they don’t be social-able.  And when you do talk to them they are either looking for sex or they are not interested in you because they are single and they prefer others to be single as well.  If you are partnered they don’t want to know you and they wonder why you are on the site.  You try to talk to them and they never respond to any of your messages.

I noticed that after experimenting with how many guys had responded to my replies, which was very little amount.   And those who had responded to my replies are looking for partners and they don’t associate with guys who are partners, because in their minds they think the partnered guys are going behind their partner’s back.  For example:  I was talking to a guy who happens to be single and he did mention in his profile he was looking for friends.  So I wrote to him and we started corresponding back and forth then he mentioned that he wasn’t interested in partners talking to him.  I didn’t think that was a problem by talking to single guys.  But I told him that was fine.  But if that’s the case, then all his friends must be singled guys because he doesn’t want any association with partnered guys.  So in other words they don't have friends who are partners.  I'm just saying.

What’s the point of having social media on the bear sites if you can’t even socialize with other people?

Give that person a hug

Morning fellow bears!   I hope you are all having a wonderful start of the year. Today in this blog I am going to talk about hugs.  Yes, I know its a silly topic to talk about.  But when was the last time you hugged someone?  A hug means a lot of things as well as to a person: when they are sad, your happy to see that person, a lovely gift, love and affection, being thankful, eve a simple hello or goodbye.  These shows appreciation, comfort and gratitude.  A hug is probably the most widespread way of showing that you care.  Its such a wonderful feeling to wrap your arms around someone feeling their warm body pressed against yours.

When someone is feeling sad, make their day by giving them a hug.  This will show them that you understand they are going through and that you care.  So give that beautiful person a hug !

Bragging Chocolate Thunder

I talk with one of my bodybuilding friends who is the chocolate thunder of bodybuilding.  Very nice guy.  I do enjoy hearing his stories and achievements how he used to be a 150lb and now is an escort as well as a bodybuilder.

He went to this place called 10" and Over" meaning cocks are 10 inches and over, and was meeting at the Clarion Hotel which approximately 48 people attended.

Its nice to hear that he gets touched right on the head of his penis or his entire cock grabbed grabbed by random strangers.  But he mentioned to me that they were probably curious BUT inappropriate.  Inappropriate but considering that he kept bragging how big his cock is 13.5inches long.  So I understand the curiosity for someone who kept grabbing 13.5inch cock.  Could you blame that those who wanted to touch his big sausage?  I would too.  Besides, you don't see that length of cock very often so yes I would had loved to see that for myself as well.

I mean he kept bragged about having that 13.5 Inch X 8 Inch Penis weighs 6 pounds alone and his Balls (Scrotum) weighs 8 pounds alone (so he says), as a bodybuilder, his Quads (Thighs) always rub against his balls leaving a chaffed irritated red mark.

I mean, don't get me wrong about him having such great looking balls.  But after several attempts to send me his shaft, he ignores the answer to that which makes me believe that he is all talk.

Your talking to my roommate

Many of you know me as a very nice person and friendly and make people feel comfortable.  Well, I was looking for friends in Ireland on bearwww and started to introduce myself to a few guys in Dublin.

I was talking to this one guy from Dublin Ireland (which I had met a few guys from Dublin) and we were making progress on friendship.  He was really nice to talk to.  He was telling me all these nice things to me how great a person and sexy I was.  I thought he was very sweet of him to say such things to me and did thank him for the kind words.

He got upset because I was talking to his roommate.  I personally didn't think there was any harm in it and so what if I was talking to his roommate.  It wasn't like we were dating or anything.  Because of him getting offensive about that I was talking to someone else who happens to be his roommate, I knew that was a red flag.  It seemed that he wanted me all to himself.  I had to cease further contact with him because of his issue with me talking to someone else.

ARE YOU A BELLY PERSON?

Do you have a big belly or attracted to guys with big bellies that just drives you bonkers?

...not only that but makes great lovers too.

Why do some of us feel attracted to those with big bellies?  Is it the hangover the belt?  Is it because they are bigger than you?

A total of 200 men were surveyed. Researchers ultimately found that men with a higher BMI (i.e. bellies) lasted an average of 7.3 minutes in bed. The slimmer of the group barely lasted two minutes, and were more likely to suffer from premature ejaculation.

So let’s say a guy has sex 100 times annually. If he has a belly, he’s going to spend approximately eight hours — an entire work day — more per year penetrating his lover than if he has a six-pack. That’s a substantial amount of time.

The reason for the dramatically higher sexual endurance? More belly fat, scientists say, means a man has more estradiol, a female sex hormone that helps to inhibit orgasm.

So eat up, fellas. Start packing that estradiol. Because when it comes to sex, fat is the new thin.

Christmas coming up

I can't believe that its another year just about gone.  Thinking its another Christmas is coming which means having to think about all that fun stuff of gift wrapping, pulling out the decorations and all that.  This is the time to celebrate and be joyous during the cold winter Christmas.

Christmas happens to most of people's favorite holidays, including myself.  Purchasing gifts, wrapping paper, bows, Christmas dinners, wrapping gifts, decorating, family and friend gatherings.

Every year it was just the both of us to celebrate Christmas as we couldn't spend time with family, but we still managed to enjoy each other's time but it is really not the same without family.  Each year we couldn't afford going down to see the family due to the snow.  This might be another bad snow storm which means we may well stay home again.  Love to have some bears over this time for Christmas dinners and celebrating Christmas Day.  That would be a change for sure.

I find myself wondering what to give this person and that person.  Certain family and friends has everything but I then realized and used my skills to my ability.  I started crocheting little nick nacks and afghans and sending them to my family and friends.   This also saves me some money too since we are always on a budget.

So with that said, I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas holiday.  Whatever you do stay happy and jolly, and enjoy each other during this festivity.  Some of us will not make it during the holidays to see family and friends.

Merry Christmas !

Growing old

Growing old(er) is an inevedible fact that me must, if not fully accept, tolerate on some level. On a measurable scale, aging can be attributed to the body's ability or inability to preserve, mend or renew damaged cells throughout the process. Recently clinical researchers have established the chronological ages that various parts of the body begin to go on the decline.

In an article that ran in the Daily Mail, leading research clinicial, Angela Epstein revealed the ages when specific parts of the body begin their downward progression. Gulp... In order to avoid an information overload of sorts, I'd like to share only a few today.

BRAIN - Starts to decline at age 20 Get this. We start with around 100 billion neurons or nerve cells. In our 20s the number starts to decline. By age 40 a person could be losing up to 10,000 per day. Such cellular losses have a significant on impact on memory, co-ordination and overall brain function.

EYES - Starts to decline at age 40 If you're not wearing glasses by now, its a fine time you get some. OK, lol. Long-sightedness, which affects the ability to see objects up close is the typical complaint.

HAIR - Start to decline at age 40 Hair is composes of tiny pouch like follicles. Typically hair grows from each follicle for about three years, then it sheds and a new strand grows in. In males, hair loss begins at about age 30. In terms of hair color, most have at least some grey by age 35, due to decline in melanocytes (color device). But even I can't name a soul who made it that long with 100% of their original hair color.

BONES - Start to decline at age 35 Throughout the life long aging process bone material is broken down by cells called osteoclasts and replaced by bone building cells called osteoblasts ( Note, clasts vs. blasts) a process called 'bone turnover', explains Robert Moots, Professor of Rheumatology at Aintree University Hospital in Liverpool, England . In Children bone growth is rapid. The skeleton itself takes just two years to renew itself completely. In adults this same process can take up to ten years. Until a person reaches their mid 20s their bone density is still increasing. But at 35 bone loss sets in as part of the natural ageing process.

If anyone has any concern as to whether they are experiencing any of the above bodily 'occurances', it may be a good idea to absorb and aspire to understand them in order to control and slow down the aging process on an individual level. This can be done and no point is too late as long as its not... 'too late'.

Guestbook

The quickest way to chat with someone is by sending them an automatic reply from a guest-list, which the website has provided such as on bearforest there are ones such:  "woof", "hey handsome", "what a fine man".  Even-though it is probably a nice idea, but can lead to a non reply back.

From my experience, I had noticed that many bears do not like those automatic replies so they tend to just say either thank you and move on to the next message or just don't bother replying to it so they end up deleting your message.  They may be appreciated but I'm sure that in their eyes its a waste of time and if you want to chat with a person, start type like a human being and not be lazy about it.

If you are really into that person then you would reply to the person with your own words.  Make time and show the effort that would interest in the guy rather clicking on a reply from the guest-book to save time.  This would show no interest and chances are you will not hear from the person.

You would be amazed how many replies you would get.

Halloween to wear

Many Americans dress up for Halloween.  But are you ready for the proper costume during this time of year as we know its going to be a cold one.

Decided that is a little chilly for some of the sexiest costumes. Think wise though.  Its cold out there.  How about a well dressed pirate could be the way to go.  Even add yourself a wish for that extra warmth with tights my Steampunk seamstress might work as well.

After hitting 30

As most of us know, as the body ages it continually becomes 'altered', if you will, in numerous ways that affect the function of both individual cells and organ systems. These unavoidable changes occur at a gradual progress over time. Researchers on the subject of aging have defined a number of conditions that control various genetic and environmental factors that control them. Depending on a person's genetic make-up, health and wellness practices (or lack thereof), social and environmental conditions and so many other factors, individuals may age at different rates. Indeed, it appears that people from the writer's peer group at least appear much younger than those of previous generations. Though discussion of what aging actually is could be tediously scientific be focusing on a single or two aspect of it is more likely to draw interest in the subject.

The basic short answer to how a body ages is that when cells metabolize food, toxic and damaging by-products known as free radicals are released. When free radicals damage your cells, this produces levels of what’s known as oxidative stress, a root cause of cellular aging and degeneration. To give you an idea of how the body reacts to oxidative stress think of diseases such as atherosclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Heart Failure, Myocardial Infarction, Alzheimer's disease. In this instant recall too, that most of these conditions are associated with aging.

Although there is no earthly way to avoid or stop the aging process, it's obvious that the consumption of foods that are high in antioxidants can help with preserving the health and increasing production of precious cells. Now all we have to do is track down the 'goods'.

Condoms

Wow after discussing with gay guys and how they feel about condoms, interesting how they responded. Many of the gay guys say they don't like wearing condoms as it makes them feel uncomfortable.  I know that some guys feel that condoms may not feel all that great but gay guys should use them anyway to keep from spreading other diseases which the person may have.  The diseases continues to increase.  so its good on the safe side to wear a condom when you are with someone, especially if you don't really know the person.  But that is the problem in today's world that many of the gay guys don't want to chat and get to know you sort of thing but to only want a quick fuck.  How do you know if the person doesn't have an STD, Hepatitis, Genital Herpes, or Gonorrhea or other transmitted infections.  You don't. So why put yourself in that risk before you know its then too late.  I mean, the problem with today's society is that a lot of the gay men don't like quick chat or even talk to know the person unless it has something to do with sex and what they want to do to you and want to get together and make the sex happen.

A member of Facebook went through a safer sex training program, I believe it was called men in touch.  At this program they taught guys to put on some lube in the tip of the inside of the condom.  It suppose to improve the sensation of it.

Condoms have latex or powder which guys can be allergic to, which is why they don't wear the condoms at all.  Is there another condom that isn't latex or powder?

Knowing the person first

Always know what the person before you set some kind of commitment and it could be anything from entering the house, or knowing the person online or whichever.  First off, I would never bring anyone in to my own home without knowing what the person is like. No fucken way.  You don't know what the person is like behind closed doors.  They could be psychos to all you know.

A friend of mine wrote  "I was just discussing that with a receptionist at my thyroid specialist. Years ago my boyfriend had put an ad on Craigslist to sell his daughter's Beanie Babies. A woman called and was interested so we agreed to have her over to show her the collection. My boyfriend decided to also put out some other things to sell. At one point she saw that in a bedroom I had my computer on, and asked if she could send a quick email. I said "ok" and kept an eye on her here and there(I did have a purse hanging on the inside doorknob against the door). All of a sudden she bolted out the front door and had her ride waiting. It wasn't until later that I noticed my purse was gone. The next day we got a call from a bank a few blocks away saying they found my purse in their parking lot. I went to pick it up and EVERYTHING was still in my purse! I didn't have any cash(wasn't working), and had no money in the bank. So, luckily the joke was on her! I had filed a report with the police and she was caught and sent to prison and we both had to separately identify her. Unfortunately there were also several other people there with a similar story. She had ripped those people off too!"

With her story, it was selling stuff on Craigslist.  Like I said, it could be anything and this could lead to danger.  Even a new roommate.  You could be talking to that person for a year or two and still haven't met face to face.  In reality, you really don't know the person until you meet him face to face to know what that person is like.  You may think you know the person but you don't.

Here is an example and I learned from it.  There was an Australian I met online and we hit it off very well.  After a year of talking to Clinton, he was talking about medications he was taking and didn't have the money for it.  So I threw money over to him as well as gifts.  When he got the money he was calling all the names in the books and how worthless I was.  Well put it this way, I hope Clinton "did" use the money for his medications because he needed help.

So with that said, be sure you know what you are getting into.  Make sure you know the person before you go into the deep end for some form of relationship.
