Brad Rigney case

The murder trial of Gerald Allen Benjamins, who is accused of killing 36-year-old Brad Rigney will not be held until September 14 and has been set as a new trial date after Benjamins’ attorney asked for a continuance in the trial, which was supposed to begin last month.

It will take place almost a year after Benjamins’ arrest. He was arrested Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, in Jeffersonville, Ind., after he was picked up at a soup kitchen in the southern Indiana town outside of Louisville.

According to RPD detective Kenneth Edmonds, Rigney and Benjamins met over the Internet and were online acquaintances.

In the early part of the investigation into the murder, Benjamins was identified as a possible suspect and interviewed by Edmonds on Jan. 17, 2014 and some things that Benjamin said just didn't add up.

Rigney, who was deaf, lived alone at the Rhea Blvd. residence. His body was first discovered by his brother and sister-in-law, who then called 911.

An autopsy was performed on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, and the preliminary indication was that Rigney had died from blunt force trauma to the head.

Anti social

It really amazes me how so many bears on the social websites are very anti social and all they want is either sex with you or look at your pictures.  I thought the bea sites are suppose to be social network websites where guys could meet and get to know each other and possible date.

I experienced alot of that on androids alot such as through Scruff, Growlr, and Grindr.  However, I do give Growlr some credit because I personally had met some nice guys on that that site.

What I like about the sites is that you could be able to see who is actually within your area.  Like Grinder, say you take a visit to New York.  When you open the app you could see who is in the New York area from where you are at in New York.  I thought this was interesting.  Problem is that nobody wants to meet up.  Not really sure why that is.  I had gotten a couple of responses but its always a couple of words even when you write a good descent paragraph.  Are you telling me that I wrote a good 6 line paragraph to get a response from you "Oh cool"?  I mean, who does that?  Its very sad that it has to come to be anti social as I know some guys very much want to meet up, hang out, have a few drinks and a good laugh and not have to worry about that they are there waiting to fuck you and then disappear.

Has this boils down to then?

RIP Greg Garcia

Hello my fellow bears!

Just found out we lost another brother in our bear community.  Greg Garcia.  Yep.  He had passed away.  I had heard from friends that there was some talk about Greg having some cancer.  Not only that he passed away but this was also his birthday.

MAY YOU REST IN PEACE BROTHER

TMZ reports:
Wrestling legend "Rowdy" Roddy Piper has died at the age of 61 ... TMZ Sports has learned. Piper -- born Roderick George Toombs -- died from cardiac arrest in his sleep at his home in Hollywood on Thursday night. He was discovered on Friday. Piper was a wrestling icon -- one of the biggest stars in the WWE back in the '80s, and even wrestled in "Wrestlemania I" back in 1985 ... squaring off against Hulk Hogan and Mr. T. Roddy's rep tells us, "I am devastated at this news. Rod was a good friend as well as a client and one of the most generous, sincere and authentic people I have ever known. This is a true loss to us all." Piper had been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2006, but last November he said he was cancer free. A family source tells us he was "cancer free" at the time of his death.

Wow this is really sad.  I am sure a lot of wrestling fans are devastated to hear this upsetting news.  He was one of the wrestlers I really enjoyed watching growing up.  I always wanted to meet him and wondering what he was like in person.  Growing up as a fan has been entertaining.

Does age matter?

This is a question that a lot of guys ask.  Its really quite simple. Everybody is different on their likes and dislikes.  Age is really just a number.  If you could make it work then more power to you, but if you have a problem with the age gap, then don't bother getting into the relationship because you are not only hurting him, but you would be hurting yourself and preparing yourself to failure.

Many guys could be mindless and would only think of two things, age and sex.  Also many guys who seek a big age gap are most likely the younger guys who are looking for those Daddy figures so they could take care of younger guys and provide for them.  That's called using.  Go find a job, earn your own pay so you don't have to rely on other people for your failures.

Of course you get those guys who want the same age so that they could have their boyfriends for a longer time.  And that's true we all want to keep our boyfriends, husbands, as long as we possibly can but relationships don't last forever.

The fact is you love who you love.  Age shouldn't matter to you as it shouldn't be the center of the relationship.  What should matter are common interests, your likes, dislikes, favorites and so on.  Yes you will find a few uncommon things between the two of you but thats all about learning from each other and making that connection.  That should be the most important rather than worrying about a number.
